With the expert Claudio's cuts, the Macelleria Del Corso has on the table a bovine and pork meat of high certifyd quality. For the slaughtering, are chosen only animals from Co.Al.Vi and Con.Sa.Ti's breeders (two organization that guarantee the quality of the Piemount's meat).
With a particular attention for the customers, all salami has no gluten and lactose.
